Order Processing
Once you have placed your order, a confirmation will be emailed to you, indicating we've received your order and payment. We will then contact our central warehouse to confirm product availability. Should an item be backordered or unavailable, we will contact you to find a resolution.
For products ready for immediate shipment (dispatched within 1-3 business days), your order will be processed and prepared for delivery. Growealth may notify you if additional shipping charges apply based on specific products or remote delivery areas.
You have the right to modify or cancel your order and receive a full refund before the item has been dispatched from our warehouse.


Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email within 36 business hours post order processing. Since we ship within the EU, you can easily track your package without any customs delays. Please keep an eye on your email for tracking updates.


Shipping from our EU Warehouse
All orders for the European market are shipped directly from our Central Warehouse in Spain (Toledo/Madrid).
This ensures fast delivery within the European Union without any additional import duties, customs fees, or hidden taxes. Shipments are facilitated via reliable partners such as DHL, GLS, UPS, or DPD.
Shipping Cost and Delivery Time in Europe

  • Germany / Austria: Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Exact shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the order value.
  • Rest of EU: Delivery timeframe is approximately 4-7 business days depending on the region.

If Your Package is Marked as Delivered But Not Received

  1. Survey your home's vicinity for the package and inquire with neighbors.
  2. Report the missing package immediately to the respective shipping company (e.g., DHL or GLS) for swift logistics information.
  3. Be sure to notify us via email at info@growealth.com.

Please Note
Growealth isn't accountable for stolen packages from the delivery address after successful delivery. Ensure you select a secure delivery location. If items go missing in transit, a minimum of 30 days is required for an investigation by the logistics partner.
